The Brace Shop, Inc. and its affiliated websites will make
every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. We occasionally do
run out of stock at which time your order may be shipped directly from the
manufacturer to ensure fast delivery of your item. You may receive two or
three packages to complete a large order. There will be no additional
shipping charges because of multiple deliveries. If the manufacturer is also
out of stock, the item will be shipped according to the customers requested
shipping method when the product becomes available.
All
USA orders placed online are shipped either UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day Saver, UPS Next Day (before 10:30AM) US
Priority Mail, unless other arrangements are made via phone, email or fax.
Saturday deliveries can be requested only via
phone where available. Overseas orders are shipped via Fed Ex Express
or USPS Global Express
Mail.
Canadian orders are also shipped via Fed Ex Express or USPS Global Express Mail. If you have any

All UPS NEXT DAY ORDERS PLACED ON
FRIDAY BEFORE 2:00 PM EST WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (NOT
SATURDAY). AFTER 2:00 PM EST ALL UPS NEXT DAY ORDERS WILL SHIP ON MONDAY FOR
A TUESDAY DELIVERY.
Remember,
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please remember that orders are
shipped out using Eastern Standard Time. Please note the time zone
differences when requesting immediate shipping. Any order placed after
2:00PM EST will be shipped the following day.

free ground shipping for all orders over
$100.00 within the continental US.
Please be aware that combining orders, or
changing your shipping address, shipment method, or preference might affect
your order's eligibility for free shipping.

If multiple products are ordered to qualify for free UPS
ground shipping, and an item is currently out of stock, the customer will
have the option of shipping out the items in stock with free ground shipping
and pay our flat rate ground shipping for the out of stock item when it
becomes available, or waiting until that item becomes available and
shipping out the complete order with free ground shipping.

Can
you send to an address other than my billing address?
We can send your shipment to another address, but for your
protection you will need to give us your credit card's billing address. This
will help protect you from any unauthorized use of your card. If the
billing address does not match your credit cards bank information the order
will be automatically declined.

How will I know the
order has been processed?
We will send you an automatically-generated acknowledgement
stating that we have received your order immediately after you place it
online. Please print out the acknowledgement as it will have your order
number. Please keep this reference number if you need to contact us. If you
did not receive an email after you placed your order please check the email
address your have indicated. Please call us ASAP if you were not sent an
email acknowledging your order.
You will be notified within 48 hours of any delay with your
order. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.


Shipping to Canada is via
USPS Global Express or Fed Ex Express. The Brace Shop, Inc. reserves the
right to choose which shipping method is best for a particular order.
The customer is responsible for all customs
fees, duties,
VAT, and other taxes. Any order refused by a customer due to payment
of these fees will incur a 25% restocking fee, and
additional charges if the product is returned to us.
If the product cannot be returned to our warehouse due to
custom issues brought on by the customers refusal to pay
these fees, then the customer is solely responsible for the
product, and no refund can be issued.
A
$4.00 handling fee is added to any item that is exchanged.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

are not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes. Please contact our head
office for questions on shipping to Canada. The Brace Shop, Inc. cannot control the delivery
time when shipping to Canada. It may take from 3 days to two weeks to receive
your product if it is held up in customs.

sent to military addresses to cover the extra delivery costs. This charge

waive our normal handling fee for military orders.
In addition, please note that The
Brace Shop is responsible only for the
delivery of your order from our warehouses to the U.S. military postal
service. Once your orders are received by the U.S. military postal service,
events beyond our control can impact delivery to the final APO/FPO
destination.
Shipping outside the U.S.A.
The
Brace Shop, Inc. and its affiliated websites offers a wide range of shipping
alternatives outside of the U.S. and Canada. Please contact our main
office using our worldwide toll free number at: 866-325-8045 or 954-574-9720 for details on shipping to your particular
country. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and
tariffs. Most orders are sent via US Global International Mail or Fed
Ex Express. Orders can
be shipped via UPS international by calling our office or email us at:

If you
have not received your order within a reasonable time, please contact
our main office for tracking number verification, if applicable. The Brace
Shop, Inc. and its affiliated websites cannot guarantee the delivery time for
your particular country.
All
orders outside the USA that are not shipped to the billing address of the
credit card may require additional information and maybe delayed until
verification has been obtained.

Important Notice to International Customers:

restocking fee of 15% applies to all orders returned for credit, except exchanges, shipping
errors caused by our warehouse, or manufacturers defects. A 25% restocking
fee will be applied if a customer returns an item without a RA# or returns a
product to the manufacturer without an RA#. The Brace Shop, Inc. is not responsible for delays in
shipping due to inclement weather.
All overseas customers
are responsible for all shipping charges if an item is to be
exchanged or returned. A $4.00 handling fee is applied to
each product that is exchanged.
