Review
the products we have available and choose which brace is right
for you. Most products listed on our website are located
at our new warehouse in Coconut Creek Florida. Orders are also shipped
out from other warehouses located in New Jersey, California
and Texas.
When
you choose a product from any of our websites, review the description
of the item carefully with the associated picture. All
products will have the sale price marked on the page, and again
when you review your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase
a particular item, please click on the add to cart button.
This will activated the shopping cart and
you can proceed with your checkout. You can make changes
to your order at any time during the checkout process. You can
add another product to your order, or cancel the order and choose
another item.
You
will be asked to provide billing and shipping information along
with payment details and a promotional code (if applicable).
Next you will find a pre-sales screen which will have all your
shopping cart items, taxes, discounts and the total amount that
will be charged to your credit card. Customers from Florida
will be charged sales tax, unless they have a doctor's
prescription.
You
can pay for your brace with either Mastercard, Visa, Discover
or American Express. We accept personal, business
checks and wire transfers. There is a $15.00 handling fee for
wire transfers. Please call us toll free if you would like to pay by
check. If you do not wish to order online, please call us using
our toll free number, and one of our customer service representatives
will gladly take all your information and process your order
by phone. You can also fax your order to our main office,
using our order form below:
Please
check your credit card number when entering. Please make
sure you fill in all the required information. The
most common reason a payment is declined is when the billing
address does not match the banks billing information. Please
provide your phone number and email so we can contact you if
we have a problem. The Knee Shop use an online credit
card processing system, so that your card will be charged in
real time.
An
order confirmation screen will appear with your confirmation
number. You will also receive order confirmation by email.
Please keep this confirmation number, and make reference to
it when you need to contact our office.
It
is recommended that all customers outside of the USA contact
our office via phone or email to ensure accurate billing and
shipping information before placing their orders online. There
may be duty and custom fees which the customer is responsible
for.
Many
insurance companies will pay some or all of the cost of your
brace which is classified as Durable Medical Equipment.
Check with your individual insurance company to see if
your particular brace is a covered expense on your plan.
The Brace Shop does not bill to your insurance. When submitting
a bill to your insurance company, you will need a prescription
from your health care provider along with the invoice from The
Brace Shop and its affiliated websites. Most products listed on The Brace Shops websites
will have the recommended HCFA code for billing your insurance.
If you need additional information from our office to assist
you in processing your insurance claim, please e-mail us or
call our office.
If
you need to exchange a brace due to an incorrect size, please
contact our head office by email or by phone. We will
provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) to enclose with the brace. Do not send your brace back to us without
this number as it will be returned to you or subject to a 25%
restocking fee. All returns
for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee does not
apply to exchanges or manufacturer defects. If you have any questions concerning
