Cropper Medical originally introduced the Bio
Skin product in 1994. The response was
overwhelming. Many users describe Bio Skin as
the most innovative orthopedic material in the
last 25 years, yet we continue to work
constantly to improve material quality and
product design. Our philosophy is that each
product must stand on its own and have a unique
story that tells how the product performs better
than others on the market in functionality and
comfort.
The family of Bio Skin materials is
revolutionary. the ultra-thin, tri-laminate
material is breathable, lighter, thinner and
stronger than conventional neoprene or elastic
knits commonly used in support products.

FLA Orthopedics, Inc. is a US manufacturer of
products for rehabilitative and ergonomic use.

Generation II began in the early 70's by Geordie
Taylor, a Canadian orthotist. At that time, most
knee braces were manufactured by individual
orthotists using very simple hinges and didn't
have the ability to follow the normal motions of
a healthy knee. As a result, these braces were
very uncomfortable.
Mr. Taylor's research resulted in his invention
of the Poli-Axial hinge in 1972. This unique
hinge copied the normal motion of his patients'
knees, allowing the brace to provide stability
and enhanced patient performance. He produced
his unique knee braces in his own orthotic shop
in Vancouver, British Columbia, for a loyal and
growing group of local orthopedic surgeons who
believed in his product.
In 1980, he incorporated Generation II Orthotics
as a central manufacturing facility to serve the
entire Canadian market. Since then, Generation
II Orthotics has grown by granting licenses to
manufacture and distribute Generation II braces
to facilities throughout the world.
In 1990, Alan Young, incorporated Generation II
USA in Bothell, Washington to serve the U.S.
market. At the same time, the Unloader™ brace
was introduced. This established Generation II
as the pioneer in the use of knee bracing to
relieve the pain of osteoarthritis.
The Unloader™ quickly proved itself, both
clinically and in the marketplace. It has been
joined by the adjustable Unloader ADJ®, the
Unloader Select™, Unloader Express® and the
Bi-ComPF™. The KAFO (Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis)
has been added along with the Extreme Select™
and GII Trainer® ligament braces. We are always
looking for ways to improve our current knee
braces and introduce new and innovative products
to our customers.
There is a reason top professional and amateur
athletes demand Innovation Sports products. It's
the same reason everyday people doing everyday
things depend on us. It lies in our commitment
to create bracing products that meet the
requirements of physicians and the demands of
consumers. Science, vision, visual. All combined
to create bracing products that truly set
standards. From our beginning fifteen years ago
as the first successful carbon fiber
knee brace, to our position today as the choice
of top professional and amateur athletes,
Innovation Sports is helping keep people in
action.
Innovation Sports has become the knee bracing
choice of professional and amateur athletes
around the world. People who have overcome
injury to overtake their sports. People who
define the word "comeback". Innovation knee
braces have been with these athletes and
everyday people every step of the way. We are
proud to support them. So check it out and see
if you agree–Innovation is bracing to an
extreme.
Our roots can be traced back to 1969 when Dr.
Robert F. McDavid designed and developed what
was to become the first widely used lateral
protective knee brace in football. In 1980,
after 11 years of grass roots development at the
collegiate and professional sports medicine
levels, McDavid Knee Guard, Inc. was formed to
market protective braces and began operating
from a basement in Bellwood, IL. The goal then,
as it is today, was to design, manufacture and
market technically advanced products for
athletes and active people for injury
prevention, treatment and to enhance
performance.
Today, from our early beginnings in a basement
we now manufacture and market over 250 different
innovative products for athletes and active
people of all ages. McDavid is the most widely
used and recommended brand of braces among
sports medical professionals and the industry
leader in sports medical products, technical
performance athletic wear and consumer
merchandising.

Mueller's mission is to ensure that quality
sports medicine products are available to
consumers throughout the world.
We know the importance of integrity, pride
and excellence. These elements are exemplified
in the way we run our business as well as the
product selection we offer to our customers.
The Mueller vision is the evolution of Sports
Medicine from a one-dimensional category into

Fitness/Maintenance. Our products focus on
those that prevent injury, treat existing
conditions and help maintain and increase

active people alike; our mission for over 40
